[Board Rules] Ban Appeals and Format

The format for ban appeals is as follows:

The staff reserve the right to reject or approve any ban under any circumstance that they see fit. This form is only to be used if you feel you were banned wrongly and would like to be judged again for an appeal. If your appeal is not answered, please refrain from posting another topic. Double posting your appeal could lead to an automatic rejection and subject to removal by the staff.

Only one topic is allowed per person. If you post multiple topics, all topics posted after the original will be subject to be locked and moved.
